SINGING BOWLS
The sound is generated by striking the bowl with mallet or by rubbing the
rim by the mallet. The pitch of sound depends on the size, thickness and
weight. The bowl is made with seven different metals namely, gold,
silver, copper, tin, iron, mercury and lead. The common use of
singing bowl has been for meditative practices and healing works with
sound therapy.

1: introduction to Tibetan singing bowls.
2: 7 bowls relaxation technique.
3: Chakra balancing technique.
4: Full body warm massage therapy using bowls and water. |

Duration: The usual timing is 11am -1 pm & 2pm to 4pm.
Class Size: Class is taught individually or in small
groups.
