We will ship your order as soon as possible. All applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order. Shipping charges will depend on quantity, size, weight and type of delivery. Order delivery time will depend on mode of shipping. Purchased merchandise will be shipped mostly via UPS (United Parcel Service).
All items sold are non-refundable. Sold items can be exchanged or applied towards store credits. Sold items can be brought back to the store for exchange or credits. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for sold items being returned for exchange or store credit.
All sold items must be returned in original condition for exchange or store credit. All sold items must be exchanged or applied towards store credit within 30 days from the day of purchase.
All sold books, CD/s or cassette tape/s will not be exchanged or applied towards store credits.
Company does not have policy for refund on any items that is being sold. Sold items can only be exchanged or applied towards store credit. Books, CD/s or cassette tape/s cannot be refunded or returned or applied towards store-credit or exchanged. Exception can be made for defective item/s.
